[Oberon] More links/versions

I ran V4 on DR-DOS for years. Can't remember if it was an official port or
not. I seem to recall that maybe it was a port by Taylor Hutt, but it's
been so long now that I can barely remember, other than it supporting
TCP/IP way back when.

I remember writing the world's worst VT100 emulator using a giant CASE
statement so I could read my email off the university system via PPP, and
adding sleep cycles (just enough) to FTP so I could keep working (just
enough) while downloading a file. Ah, single-process multitasking.
