[Oberon] [EXT] Portings Texts.Mod to Oberon-7, my Artemis project

  this will be great! I suggest using the name Oberon-07. It means 2007, if I am not mistaken. Oberon-7 is suggesting the 7th edition of the language. I do not think it went that far.
