[Sans] /sans/ komcenter scripts; updated to new urls

Hi

Those of you using the scripts from [1] will have noticed that they
broke yesterday.

This happened because the komcenter webservices are now only accessible
at www.komcenter.ethz.ch instead of komcenter.ethz.ch.

A fix has been comitted in 4a7940f8c4951794fe97507b84838a010ff88fab.
