[Sans] /sans/ komcenter scripts; bundled httplib2

Hi

To workarround borked Python installations which have issues with the
following error [1], I've bundled the latest version of httplib2 in
.../sans/lib/python. This path is prepended to the pythonpath before the
scripts are run.

If you experience this problem please file a bug with your $distro.
