[Sans] netcenter/sans tools have a new home

Hi all

In case you are using some of my scripts to talk to the netcenter API, 
the repo finally has a new home:

git clone git://hpc-git.ethz.ch/sans.git

Or to change an existing local checkout use something like this:

git remote set-url origin git://hpc-git.ethz.ch/sans.git
