unfortunately I do not have access to a 64 bit machine but maybe I am
reading the README wrong -
The following are required to build Barrelfish and its tools:
* GCC 4.x (4.3.3 and 4.3.4 are known to work but 4.4 currently fails;
cross-compiling from i386 works)
Does the above mean that I could cross-compile the 64 bit version from a 32
bit machine?
