[Barrelfish-users] changes

Hi all,

We just pushed some updates to the public tree. The most noticeable
changes are the addition of the ID capability, which aims to serve as a
non-forgable system-wide unique identifier, support for capability
inheritance, and a couple of bug-fixes (e.g., fixes for the compilation
issues of the last release).
