The organisers in Genova have promised to send the programme of the 
conference to the eq-uni
list as soon as possible. I am now happy to be able to distribute the much
asked for practical conference information to you.

A website for the conference information has been created today within the
University of Helsinki equality website - warm thanks go to our equality
adviser and eq-uni co-moderator Johanna Pakkanen for her prompt dealing
with this!

Go to http://www.helsinki.fi/tasa-arvo/english/NewsGenova.html for general
conference info available thus far and, what most important, to download
the registration form and the accomodation booking form.  (Dropping the
NewsGenova.html away from the address directs you to the U of Helsinki
equality website in English)

Please note that due to the delay in distributing the practical
information on the conference, the organisers have postponed the early
bird date of registration from January 10.

If you have sent an abstract to Genova but do *not* find your name in the
organisers' list of participants at the end of this message, the
organisers ask you to resend your abstract and you will be contacted as
soon as possible. If your name is on the list but you have cancelled your
participation, please inform the organisers as well asap.

Important:  Queries related to your participation and related to the
conference should be sent to Studio Viale, email
studioviale at studiovialevondergoltz.it and Simonetta Manfredi, email
smanfredi at brookes.ac.uk.  Please note that I am only distributing
information received from the organisers as the moderator of the eq-uni
list. Do not return any forms or send abstracts or queries to me. All
general information available will be put on the eq-uni list and on the
conference info website.
