Professor in Mathematics (Mathematical Finance)

ETH Zurich invites applications for a faculty position in mathematics (mathematical finance) in the Department of Mathematics (www.math.ethz.ch/about_us/index). The duties of the new professor include teaching and research in mathematical foundations of finance and re¬lated mathe¬matical areas. Together with the colleagues of the Department, he or she will be responsible for undergraduate and graduate courses in mathematics for students of mathematics, engi¬neering, and natural sciences as well as for courses in the Master in Finance program, jointly run by ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich. Courses at Master level may be taught in English.

We are seeking candidates with an internationally recognized research record in mathematics related to finance and with proven ability to direct research of high quality. Willingness to teach at all university levels and to collaborate with colleagues and the financial industry is expected.
