Assistant Professor in Global Governance 

The Center for Comparative and International Studies in the Department of Humanities, Social and Political Sciences (D-GESS) of ETH Zurich seeks to appoint an assistant professor in global governance.

For this position, we are looking for a scientist with a proven record of innovative and excellent research in the area of global governance. He or she is expected to offer attractive courses within the scope of the required electives in the humanities and social sciences as well as in the 'Master of Arts in Comparative and International Studies' program. Applicants should have a PhD-level qualification. 

This assistant professorship has been established to promote the careers of younger scientists. Initial appointment is for four years, with the possibility of renewal for an additional two-year period.

Assistenzprofessur für Global Governance

Am "Center for Comparative and International Studies" des Departements für Geistes-, Sozial- und Staatswissenschaften (D-GESS) ist eine Assistenzprofessur für Global Governance zu besetzen. 

Für die Stelle wird eine Persönlichkeit gesucht, die sich durch hervorragende und innovative Forschungsleistungen im Bereich Global Governance auszeichnet. Darüber hinaus wird erwartet, dass sie sich für ein attraktives Lehrangebot im Rahmen des geistes- und sozialwissenschaftlichen Wahlpflichtfachs sowie des "Master of Arts in Comparative and International Studies" engagiert. Voraussetzung ist eine abgeschlossene Promotion. 

Assistenzprofessuren dienen der Förderung des wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchses. Sie werden auf vier Jahre besetzt; eine Verlängerung um weitere zwei Jahre ist möglich.
