This is from Barbara Waugh at Hewlett Packard (HP), who is a lifelong
supporter of women and leads the international diversity effort for HP
Research.  If you are at a university and are interested in research,
this proposal may be for you!  HP Labs is looking for smart students
interested in joint research, and Barbara Waugh  wants to make sure we
include women!
