I'd like to draw your attention on an interesting workshop for female scientists offered by the University of Zurich:

«How to publish in peer-reviewed journals»
In this three-day workshop participants learn how to write up their research in a way that optimizes their chances of publication in peer-reviewed journals. Participants are trained in all the relevant preparatory steps, from structuring the text to bringing their articles successfully through the peer-review process. The course contents are applied to the participants' own works-in-progress during the three days.
The workshop takes place in English and focuses solely on publication in peer-reviewed journals.



Workshop date: Monday 6 May - Wednesday 8 May 2013, 8am - 5pm
Registration:  Email to rahel.haymoz at gleichstellung.uzh.ch, by Monday 8 April 2013, 5pm. First come first serve. Maximum 12 participants.
