Hier sende ich euch einen Hinweis auf einen interessanten Workshop, organisiert an der Universität Basel, aber frei zugänglich für alle Frauen, die an Leadership und Change Skills interessiert sind:

 #FEMleadership: Stepping into your potential.

We are excited to offer you this leadership course in collaboration with Advanced Studies of the University of Basel and our great change and leadership coaches Charlotte Trinler and Marta Ghezzi. In this course, you learn how to increase your self-awareness, evaluate your career options, overcome bias and navigate through change. It thus aims to prepare you for the ever-changing needs of the new world of work.
This course is open to anyone, no matter if you're affiliated with the university or not. The first workshop will take place on April 5. The course language is English.

Course content

  *   Conduct the "Leadership Circle Profile(tm) Self-Assessment"
  *   Gain awareness about your own leadership style
  *   Explore different leadership competencies and tendencies
  *   Learn about the impact of the different leadership styles on the overall leadership effectiveness
  *   Understand the change competencies that are required to navigate through change and learn about early warning signs and traps for change derailers.
  *   Define your specific strengths and challenges in context with a relevant change effort
  *   Elaborate specific actions for your change effort that can be implemented immediately
  *   Participate in different coaching sessions (individual and team)
  *   Apply different change tools and practices
  *   Practice reflection and feedback techniques
