ENHANCE Alliance 60 minute online Anti-Bias Lunch Breaks on June 13 and 20

 

We all have implicit biases, these behaviours and judgments toward others that we're not aware of. Join ENHANCE Alliance's next 60 minute online Anti-Bias Lunch Breaks this June to acquire more tools for dealing with unconscious biases!

👥 The workshop is open for all members of ETH Zurich and other ENHANCE Alliance institutions. 

 

Most of our biases are unconscious, but they can lead to discrimination, exclusion, inequality, and injustice. This common fact is the reason why the ENHANCE Alliance offers Anti-Bias Lunch breaks, a low-threshold training. It is important to become aware of our own biases, especially when given the opportunity, because sometimes we don't notice the impact they can have on our opinion or on the performance of a team we are a part of.
