The CCDI Workplace Culture Survey

How do you experience workplace culture in your organization? Do you feel recognized, supported, and appreciated by your employer? Are you observing fair and equal opportunities to advance? Has anything changed in recent times, and if so, what?

This survey is conducted by the Competence Center for Diversity, Disability and Inclusion (CCDI) at the University of St.Gallen. The CCDI will analyze the responses and use the aggregated results for the Gender Intelligence Report 2025<https://www.advance-hsg-report.ch/en/>.
Please note that this survey is completely anonymous. It takes approximately 5-7 minutes to complete and it will remain open until June 16th.
