[Oberon] ZipTool1.Arc (Aug 5) can't handle DOS files ?

Here's my trace of fetch, decompress, compile test-run of:

Test: ZipTool.Directory   Temp.zip ~  ==
DUG_IDE.C
DUG_IDE.EXE
READ.ME

ZipTool.ExtractAll ^  == ZipTool.ExtractAll Temp.zip
 DUG_IDE.C bad file name
0 files extracted, 1 errors     <--- FAIL !!  

Confirm using new version ==
System.Directory ZipTool.Obj\d == ZipTool.Obj  06.08.2002 19:54:09   15394

It looks as if this version is intended to handle several DOS and Unix
formats ? That's a nice convention of n-o: able to handle DOS & Linux.

Apparently it can't handle the DUG_IDE.C  DOS-file-ID ?
