True, unfortunately.

About V4.0-2.2 on NT (last Linz V4 version, afaik, dated 1997)
just two hints on what might beginners get stumbled:

A "MOD 100" operation has to be added in Texts.WriteDate and
StampElems.Format to get year 2000 decently displayed.
In PopupElems.SelectMenu some code to slow down scrolling
needs to be inserted to adapt to speed of nowadays hardware.
