[Oberon] Support for Realtek RTL-8139 with Native Oberon

Hello.
I'm running Native Oberon on a Pentium-II class machine.
How can a network card such as, Realtek RTL-8139 be
configured in Native Oberon ?  PCITools.Scan was able to
detect this card as a PCI device.
