[Oberon] Contributions

Make sure to also have a look at the external contributions to the 
release. E.g.
- CAPO (Computational Analysis Platform for Oberon)
- WebDAV (WebDAV suite for Bb)
- Babel (library)
and more.

The Contributions can be downloaded from the same address as the 
release. Due to a problem with the file compression in our release tool, 
some contributions are not complete in CD images from yesterday. If you 
got this image, you can just add the separate zip file. The rest of the 
CD image has not changed.
