[Oberon] UDP

I wish to use UDP to interact with a custom piece of hardware.

My first preference is to use BlackBox.  If that will not work, I will 
decide between writing some C code that runs on windows, or else trying to 
do it on Native Oberon or BlueBottle.

Has anyone used UDP on BlackBox?
