[Oberon] Adding "Life" to the Oberon Wiki

A couple of years ago in a burst of restless activity
I wrote of short tutorial series on programming
Gadgets using "Conway's Game of Life" as a backdrop.
I posted this all at comp.lang.oberon.

Well something caused me to think about that today,
