[Oberon] BlueBottle with Samsung SC140B CD

My Dell OptiPlex GX1 was outfitted with a Samsung CD-Master 40E SC-140B CD 
drive manufactured June 1999.  This drive works under Windows 2000 to my 
satisfaction.

After some time, I have determined that Bluebottle will not work with this 
CD on two different test machines.  The replacement, a BTC 24X CD-ROM 
SLL24, works fine, and I can now boot Bluebottle on the Dell (yeah!)  I 
have not investigated the firmware upgrade status for the Samsung.

I will send this CD to whoever wants it, as follows:

1.  You pay shipping.  I can get an exact quote before you commit, if 
necessary.
2.  You express interest in developing an Oberon family driver.
3.  If you abandon the driver project, you make it available on these same 
conditions.
4.  It goes on eBay if the Oberon community is unresponsive.
