The machine had an ISA VESA 2.0 card.  With an 
AGP VESA card installed, BB is OK.  

Two additional minor issues someone might comment on.

The serial mouse doesn't work. No cursor visible.
PS/2 mouse is OK.

Should my USR partition be mounted with 
BootVol2="USR AosFS IDE0#4"
in Aos.Par?  Should it be mounted later?
