[Oberon] Aos:Main Menu:System:Tutorial

Thanks Sorren for instigating the Xmas release.
Thanks ETH for producing it.

Two idiosyncrasies.

When Aos starts up, Tutorial.Text opens.
If Main Menu:System:Tutorial is clicked, an 
empty document opens.  The Autostart command
in AOS:MenuPage10.XML appears OK.

The system can freeze completely without my 
help.  Ctrl+Alt+Delete has no effect.  
Power cycling is the only solution I have 
found.
