[Oberon] BB for Windows

Hello,

Thanks to Alex contribution we have:
    - FileManager working.
    - Copy/paste from Windows clipboard. Ctrl-c copies on boath BB and 
Windows, Ctrl-w paste from Windows.

I have put in Work directory:
    - A modified xmas.skin with smaller cursor for editing.
    - A modified PET with Oberon like grey background.
If you prefere the originals, just delete the files.You can find the 
file BBw_100205.zip on:
