Do you use the ZeroSkin ?

Alternatively you can start WMCharMap.Open

There is also a simple Unicode Input Method Editor. Installed with 
WMUnicodeIME.Install and activated/decativated with Ctrl-Space.

Other IMEs as programming examples are WMCyrillicIME.Mod and WMPinyinIME.Mod
