Re (3): [Oberon] Installing Native Oberon

Ok, I got as far as completing step 2 "Change an existing partition." 
(not without some black art), and Partitions.Show reports:

Now at point 3:

(where ^ is a little arrow point upwards). I've decided (by divine 
inspiration) to chose option a. But clicking on the blue command does 
not appear to do anything. Neither does writing either

    Partitions.Format

or

    Partitions.Format IDE0#01

in the System.Log and clicking.
