[Oberon] memory requirements

My smallest machine has 64 MB and it runs there without any problems. But 
it runs on a 256 MB machine as well. And anything in between.

Never tried it at Boron (my 486 which is Boringly slow) since it has a CD 
drive that is not bootable. I should give it a go, though.
