[Oberon] Bootstrap Loader (BB)

In the release there are OBEMBR4.ASM (the source to the current
OBEMBR.Bin) BootManager.Asm (The source for the boot manager) and
BBL.Asm the source for the Bluebottle/Oberon Loader.
Andre Fischer knows the details about the code.
