[Oberon] {P0 INT39 0000} message

Hi,

The last BB version 20.07.05 (on a AMD Athlon PC) send every second this 
message {P0 INT39 0000}on the Kernel log. For the rest, works fine, but 
other debug messages are difficult, if not impossible, to read. This 
didn't happened on an older 03.06.05 version.
