in this case some investment in an Oberon module for Swig (see
http://www.swig.org/ )
should be done. Stewart Greenhill already has created H2O (header to oberon)
for automagically creating interface modules for OOC from C-header files.
It is available in the CVS version of OOC (http://ooc.sourceforge.net/.
Swig has a module for Modula-3, so it might be feasible ...
