At those prices it would be cheaper to buy a 
different computer and reformat the harddisk.
Anyway, they do come with ATI graphics cards
which means they should run BlueBottle and
Native Oberon fine.  (Near the TOP of my
BlueBottle wishlist is an accelerated 3-D
graphics driver for ATI and/or NVidia
cards.)
