[Oberon] Bluebottle + PPP

Before I start to port the Native Oberon PPP Framework to Bluebottle, I want
to make sure that no one else has done it.

If someone has adapted (parts of) this framework to Bluebottle, please let
me now (Daniel.keller at inf.ethz.ch)


There are major changes required for Bluebottle (tasks -> active objects,
ipV4 -> ipV4 + ipV6, threadsafety)


We will not use PPP with old analog modems, but with gprs over UMTS modems
for mobile devices. This has become interesting since  flat rates are
available.
