[Oberon] New BB release

Dear Bluebottle users,

we have corrected some errors in window components and applications that 
allow the GC to work better. A new release with these main corrections 
is ready for download under http://www.bluebottle.ethz.ch/dlcrazy.html.
The new release also includes updates for USB and a series of modules 
that support scalable vector graphics (SVG). However, to display the 
examples "stucki01.svg" and "stucki02.svg" you must modify the entries 
in the newly delivered AosConfig.XML as follows:
In section "Filehandlers" replace lines
<Setting name="svg" value="WebBrowser.Open">
<Setting name="SVG" value="WebBrowser.Open">
by
<Setting name="svg" value="WebBrowser.OpenFile">
<Setting name="SVG" value="WebBrowser.OpenFile">.
This is an error in AosConfig.XML that will be corrected in the next 
release.
