[Oberon] WinAos2.06 available

A new release of WinAos (2.06) is available. It is compatible with the 
Bluebottle release from June 6th 2006.

It is provided in two different forms:
1.) with Oberon as an external (Windows) window (recommended for 
primarily Oberon users) and
2.) with Oberon as internal window in the Bluebottle GUI (recommended 
for mainly Bluebottle users)
