[Oberon] Crazy-fresh on QEMU 0.8.1 for Windows?

Anyone using crazy-fresh on QEMU?  I just tried under Windows with a
couple of different versions (0.7.2 and 0.8.1) and was unsuccessful
with both, with the video failing to initialize.

Normally, video is just slow to initialize.  I've tried a couple of
different Init values.
