Hi,
Implementing WLAN support for Bluebottle is likely one of the next things I'm going to do. Actually, the USB ethernet adapter device driver was just a small "warm-up" project. Unfortunately, implementing WLAN support seems to be a bit more complicated, in particular because of the lack of hardware documentation.
Probably, the choosen device will be a USB WLAN dongle since a single device driver can then be used for many different platforms (desktops, notebooks, wearables).
Regards,
Sven Stauber

For computers whose integrated network interface card is not supported by Bluebottle and the installation of a PCI NIC is not possible (in particular notebooks), this device can be useful. Performance is on about the same level as PCI ethernet adapters if the computer has an USB 2.0 host controller.

That's very interesting, but why not a driver for Intel PRO/Wireless
Network Connection (802.11a/b/g)? Almost all today notebooks integrate
such a wireless solution.
