[Oberon] UDP Chat contribution

Hi All,

I glad to inform you that I want to contribute my application to Bluebottle OS.
This is an chat application consists from server and client parts, that if it will be started on bluebottle.ethz.ch server, realtime fast online chat conversation for all of us will be achieved.
Only registering (obtaining of unique User ID code) is needed. So, Enjoy!
For compiling of application recent crazy-frash release of BB is needed!
And of course we need started server!
