[Oberon] Outlines (Folds) for Wiki

Hi,
for a long time I liked very much to work with the NO Outline gadgets to structure
my notes.
That was something I dearly missed in my wiki (MoinMoin)
So finally I decided to implement Folds. Just do

[[Fold(+This is the title of your closed fold)]]
	This is the fold contents.
[[Fold(=)]]

Folds can be nested. '-' gives a fold initially open.

BTW, I will try to attend the Oberon day at Zürich.
