[Oberon] Comments in PPP modules.

Comments in the PPP modules are in German and I 
want to understand them better.  A dictionary gives 
some ideas; yet I need help to get the intended meaning. 

"die V24 und Loginsachen macht doch der Dialer. Oder ?"

"Pustekuchen, macht Devicepolling"
