[Oberon] Correction to previous remark about Init string

Folk,

pe> "B8+ rw  MOV reg16, imm16 ..."

Referring to page 17-8, + rw is "a register code, from 0 through 7, ..."

So b81 appears to mean "put the following word, 
200c, into the CX register".

That would leave d10, a shift instruction?
