[Oberon] NO:Kernel.InstallTermHandler()

Folk,

Native Oberon has Kernel.InstallTermHandler().
I'll hazard a guess that Term abbreviates Termination.

So, in the body of Diskette for example, the termination 
handler is installed before the driver is installed.  The 
intention is to close the Diskette properly when System.Quit
happens?

Does anyone have a better idea?
