The link is not broken. But it shows the level of  Elektor: they put a 
hyphen in the URL AND they made the URL so long that it does not fit 
one line. So the mailer programs break it, at the hyphen.... And you 
cannot load it anymore.

Isn't that EUR 7,50? Not that it matters much anymore since Ireland, 
Greece, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Belgium are (almost) in a crisis....
