[Oberon] A couple of questions

I have a project that I'm starting and was planning on using A2.  My 
first question is, what is the best book for documenting the API? I've 
read "Project Oberon", and "The Oberon System", but was hoping that 
there was more current information.  Specifically, I'm looking for 
information on loading and displaying JPEGs and PNGs.

Second, I've noticed that the download site 
http://www.bluebottle.ethz.ch/download.html isn't reachable.  Is there 
an alternate site for the bootable ISO image?
