[Oberon] Unloading a project

Aubrey,
I don't need a seed list of files,
only a single root file that is the 'main' module of a project.
I support compiling, unloading, and listing of project files.
MyProject.Root projectRootFile
MyProject.Compile
MyProject.Unload
MyProject.ListMods
