[Oberon] Code generation and the Lilith architecture

Hello,
I would like to have a copy of this doctoral thesis: "Code generation
and the Lilith architecture" written by Jacobi Christian.
I could find only the abstract at

Could somebody please share it with me?
I was looking for a good example of a stack based machine that could
be potentially a good target for a simple Oberon compiler.
