[Oberon] Configuration.DoCommands versus ET.Do

Hello,

Configuration.DoCommands and ET.Do appear to have similar 
functionality.  Can anyone explain why both are needed?

After using NO for years I still have no difficulty finding an 
unfamiliar feature.
