So to my naive thinking, the fixup process appears as a 
"completion of compilation".  After fixup the executable is 
a monolith.  One interesting aspect.  If a module is unloaded 
the linkages will be broken.  Reloading must fix them again.

In this case, unloading a module and reloading would be easier.  
Go through the table and update the entries pertaining to 
the module.
