It looks like Modules.Mod.txt has arrived at http://www.inf.ethz.ch/personal/wirth/ProjectOberon/ (But the compiler modules are misnamed: they have lost the X (i.e. ORSX.Mod.txt => ORS.Mod.txt) in the links on that page but seem to be still available on the server under their 'X' forms.)
