[Oberon] structure of wiki/Documentation/Installation page

Hello again,

The structure of wiki/Documentation/Installation is 
irrational.  "Approximate Storage Requirements" should  
cover all variant forms but is subordinate to "Install A2".  
The "Hardware", "Start-up" and "Troubleshooting" sections do not 
apply to UnixAos but the page suggestss they do.

I don't want to make corrections some indication of agreement.
